Located in rural south central Pennsylvania, near Red Lion, we serve families throughout York and Lancaster Counties and northern Maryland. We are within easy driving distance of York, Shrewsbury, Stewartstown, New Freedom, Red Lion, Dallastown, Lancaster and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, as well as Baltimore, Harford and Carroll counties in Maryland
From York - take Rt 74 South into Red Lion, then take Rt 24 South (Winterstown Road) to a Right on Dairy. Watch For Signs!
From Stewartstown- take Rt 24 North approximately 6 Miles to Dairy Road on the Right.
From Maryland - take I-83 North to Exit 4 (Shrewsbury) PA to East on 851 into Stewartstown. Turn Left on Rt 24 and continute North approximately 6 miles to Dairy Road on your Right. Watch for Family Tree Farm Signs.
From Harrisburg - take I-83 Exit 16 South. Take Rt 74 South through Dallastown, turn Right on Duke Street (at Sal's Little Italy) to Rt 24 (Winterstown Road) . Go approximately 1 Mile to Dairy Road on the Left. Watch for signs.
From Lancaster - take Rt 30 West to the Mt Zion Road Exit, then head South on Rt 24 through Red Lion to a Left on Dairy Road.

PICK YOUR OWN APPLES - We have Gala and Fuji. 75 cents per pound - bring the family out to pick in our six acre scenic orchard. We also have pre-picked apples (including our own Honeycrisp) at our road side stand. Pick Your Own apples is every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m. till 5 p.m. starting September 4th through October 26th.
PICK YOUR OWN PUMPKINS & Fall Family Fun- Weekends September 27th thru October 26th. Lots of fun games, family friendly maze, straw bale tube slide, apple sling shot and more...... $5.00 per person admission - kids 2 & under free. Wagon rides to apple orchard and pumpkin patch are always free.
Have fun trying to solve the "who dunit" mystery in our maze this year. Farmer Joe is missing and there are seven farm animal suspects. Fun for all ages!
CHOOSE AND CUT CHRISTMAS TREES - Opening for the 2014 season on Friday, November 28th (the day after Thanksgiving) at 9:00 AM until 7:00 PM. After opening day, hours of operation are as follows:
TIPS: Please be sure to wear good shoes and dress warm! You will be walking uneven, grassy farm fields and it's always much cooler out here on the farm than it is in your neighborhood. Wear play clothes - you may get dirty! We love to send kids home happy, tired and dirty!
